ANALISIS PENGARUH REKRUITMEN KEMAMPUAN, KEPRIBADIAN, MOTIVASI, KOMITMEN TERHADAP KINERJA SDM PADA PT BINA JASA SUMBER SARANA

Abstract


Data analysis techniques used to test this hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis that includes F-test, t test, Tests of Hypotheses and coefficient of determination. All data were processed using SPSS 20.0 program were first tested using Classical Assumption Test covering Normality Test, Heteroskidastity Test, Test and Test autocorrelation Multicolinearity The research result of T test states that: recruitment (X1) has a direct influence on the performance of (Y1), ability (X2) has a direct influence on the performance of (Y1), personality (X3) have a significant influence on the performance of (Y1), motivation (X4 ) has a direct influence on the performance of (Y1), commitment (X5) have a direct impact on performance (Y1 recruitment (X1) has a direct influence on the performance of (Y1), ability (X2) has a direct influence on the performance of (Y1), personality (X3 ) has a significant influence on the performance of (Y1), motivation (X4) has a direct influence on the performance of (Y1), commitment (X5) have a direct impact on the performance of (Y1) jointly have a significant influence on the performance of (Y1). In variabelrekruitmen obtained t count = 1,045dan significant value of 0.298> 0.05 thus H1ditolak. Halini means of recruitment is statistiktidak influential variables terhadapkinerja. In variabelkemampuan obtained t count = -1,367dan significant value of 0.174> 0.05 thus H2ditolak. Halini mean variables affect the ability to statistiktidak terhadapkinerja. In variabelkepribadian obtained t count = 2,515dan significant value of 0.013 <0.05 thus H3diterima. Halini means terhadapkinerja statistikberpengaruh personality variables. In variabelmotivasi obtained t count = 3,231dan significant value of 0.002 <0.05 thus H4diterima. Halini means statistikberpengaruh motivation variable terhadapkinerja In variabelkomitmen obtained t count = 3,166dan significant value of 0.002 <0.05 thus H5diterima.
