Abstract


The research object is PT. Tri Sinar Purnama, a company engaged in the casting of steel. Based on data
from the realization of the shock produced by PT only reached 89.91% of the100% target to be achieved. Shows
that the performance of employees less than the maximum. The research objective was to analyze the effect of
compensation, organizational commitment and career development on employee performance and job satisfaction
as an intervening variable.
The study population of employees at PT which amounts to 825 employees. The samples were 150
employees. Methods of data collection questionnaire. The analysis technique used path analysis. The analysis
showed that: Compensation, Organizational Commitment, Career Development effect on job satisfaction. Job
Satisfaction, Compensation, Organizational Commitment, Career Development effect on employee performance.
