Carefast Semarang). Data collected through questionnaires and carried out at 80 employees. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 17.
Sampling technique used is purposive sampling and testing techniques of data used in this study include tests of validity by factor analysis, reliability test with Cronbach Alpha, test classic assumptions. Meanwhile, to test and prove the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis, and t test and F.
The analysis showed that the first equation is Y1 = 4.819 + 0.160 + 0.446 X1 + 0.149 X2 X3 + e. which means that the variable Work Discipline, Supervision of work and work motivation positive effect on job satisfaction variables and the second equation is Y2 = Y2 = 2.596 + 0.314 X1 + 0.516 X2 + 0,045 X3 + e, which means the variable work discipline, supervision of work and work motivation positive effect on variable employee morale and the third equation is Y3 = 5.082 + 0.678 Y 1 + e, which means job satisfaction variables positive effect on the variable morale with proven value t is greater than t table and with significant numbers greater than 0.05 hypothesis one stating tcount X1 (2.045)> t table (1.664), with significant numbers 0,044, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted conclusions variable work discipline and significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Hypothesis two states tcount X2 (5140)> t table (1.644), with significant numbers of 0,000, then Ha Ho accepted and rejected conclusions supervision variable positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Hypothesis three states tcount X3 (1.560) <t table (1.644), with significant numbers 0.123, it is rejected and Ha Ho accepted the conclusion of work motivation is not positive and no significant effect on job satisfaction. Hypothesis four stating the results of F count = 13,600> F table = 2.72. Taken together positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Hypothesis five declared value t = 4.339> t table (1.644), with significant numbers 0,000 so Ha Ho accepted and rejected conclusions discipline variable positive and significant effect on morale. Hypothesis six states (t = 6449)> t table (1.644), with the number singnifikan 0,000, then Ha Ho accepted and rejected conclusions supervision variable positive and significant effect on morale. Hypothesis seven states (t = 0509) <t table (1.644), with significant numbers .612, then Ho is accepted and Ha rejected the conclusion of work motivation is not positive and no significant effect on morale. Eight hypothesis which states that the value of F count = 24 729> F table = 2.72, and together affect positively and significant impact on employee morale. The hypothesis stating nine variables job satisfaction (t = 7,507) partially a significant negative effect on the morale of employees in his research concluded that job satisfaction affect the morale of employees.
