ANALISIS PENGARUH MOTIVASI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN ( Studi Kasus Pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Semarang )

Abstract


Employee performance in hospitals is important, because the maximum performance of the employee will be able to give satisfaction to the patient and can accelerate the recovery of patients. Motivation, work environment and kempemimpinan is a factor that affects the performance of employees. The objective of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, work environment and leadership on employee performance in the Semarang City Hospital.
The population in this study were employees of Semarang City Hospital. The sample in this study using the 84 respondents. In this study, the sampling technique uses accidental sampling, data collection with questionnaires and methods of analysis using multiple linear regression.
Results of analysis using SPSS version 20 which states that: in testing the validity of all the variables declared invalid, the result of employee performance have t> t table (1.664) and f count> F table (2.72), a significant hypothesis testing with significant value < 0.05, (f arithmetic performance of employees 237.280) with a coefficient of determination of three variables on the performance of employees 89.5% and the remaining 10.5% is influenced by other factors.
