INFLUENCE OF ABILITY, SOCIO DEMOGRAPHY, SELF EFFICACY, AND MINIMNYA EMPLOYMENT WORK ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN VILLAGE COMMUNITY PRINGAPUS SUB DISTRICT PRINGAPUS SEMARANG

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of variables ability, socio demography, self efficacy, and the lack of employment of entrepreneurship interests in the Community Villlage Pringapus Semarang. Population in this research is all citizens of Pringapus Semarang Village who have not work as small and medium entrepreneur that is as much as 5.297 people. The sample in this study as many as 152 respondents. Sampling method using the Slovin formula and how the sample selection is done randomly. This research uses quatitative research methods and data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaires. Method of data analysis using multiple regression analysis.
The results of this study indicate that the variable ability significantly positive effect on entreprenurship interest based on test result obtained t count 5,092 > t table 1,6552. Variable socio demography significantly positive effect on entreprenurship interest based on test result obtained t count 10,470 > t table 1,6552. Variable self efficacy significantly positive effect on entreprenurship interest based on test result obtained t count 1,691 > t table 1,6552. Variable the lack of employment significantly positive effect on entreprenurship interest based on test result obtained t count 11,354 > t table 1,6552. Variable the lack of emplyment is the most dominant variable affecting of entrepreneurship interest. Based on analysis of R square results obtained by the coefficient of determination of 0,966 which means as much as 96,6 % independent variables affect entrepreneurship interest while the remaining 3,4 % influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
