PENGARUH ALOKASI KERJA, PENDELEGASIAN DAN WEWENANG KERJA KARYAWAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PT SUMBER BINTANG REJEKI SAMBAN

Abstract

PT SUMBER BINTANG REJEKI SAMBAN is one of the national garment industry whose activities are engaged in the manufacture of lingrie and underware, which is trying to survive and flourish so as to achieve the goals and objectives or other advantage is that it can serve and meet the desires of the community as possible. In carrying out its activities PT SUMBER BINTANG REJEKI SAMBAN desires that all employees can do the job or task well. Some parts or work unit continues to display the division of labor is not good, as the work done by an administrative staff personnel do also work part supplies, causing the employee must increase their working hours.
This study aims to determine how much influence the division of labor allocation, delegation of authority and discipline of employees on employee productivity .The population in this study is an employee of production amounting to 715 people with a sample of 123 employees with a simple random sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is validity and reliability, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis and t test and F test.
The results showed a significant positive effect of There is a variable division of labor allocation on employee productivity . This is indicated by the value of the regression coefficient for the variable division of labor allocation (X1) is equal to 0.382 and t arithmetic (2.845) > from the t table (1.661), meaning that if the division of labor allocation of both the productivity of employees will increase. There was a significant positive effect of variable delegation of authority on employee productivity PT SUMBER BINTANG REJEKI SAMBAN. This is indicated by the value of the regression coefficient for the variable delegation of authority (X2) is equal to 0.563 and t arithmetic (8.776) < of the t table (1.661), meaning that if the delegation of authority both the productivity of employees of PT SUMBER BINTANG REJEKI SAMBAN will increase.
