IMPLEMENTASI ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) DALAM MENENTUKAN ALTERNATIF KRITERIA PENEMPATAN KARYAWAN DI CV. JASINDO SEMARANG

Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out the implementation of AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) in determining criteria alternative of employees placement at CV. Jasindo Semarang. This research was conducted by a quantitative method where data collection was done by using questionnaires, observations, interviews, and literature.
The object of this study was CV. Jasindo Semarang which is located on Jl. Bledak Anggur V/9 Tlogosari Kulon Semarang, especially the policy of employees placement. The results showed that there was an unsuitable policy in employees placement, so that the use of AHP should give better result.
The result of AHP gave better ways to solve the problem in employees placement at CV. Jasindo so that in can be used immediately since the inconsistency ratio of each criteria is acceptable.
