PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KEPUASAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Pada Karyawan Loenpia Mbak Liem )

Abstract


The aim of this research is to estimate the influence of motivation, satisfaction, and job discipline through staff performance on staffs of LOENPIA MBAK LIEM. The advantages of this research is as a suggestion through LOENPIA MBAK LIEM in determining phase of developing human resource. It is expected to give a contribution through the decision which is related through human resource. The survey was observed through staffs of LOENPIA MBAK LIEMoffice Surakarta, while, the data collection phase are obtained based on direct judgment of the leader at LOENPIA MBAK LIE. The lowest score is 1 and the highest score is 5, and included motivation and discipline data are using angquate. The data analysis instrument which is used at this research is OLS regression. F-test, t-tes, and coefficient of determination (R2).
The test, then, investigated through classical assumtion disturb. Based on the analysis, then, it is known that each independent variable having influence positively and significantly which are pointed through t-table, while, Mot variable as 3.133; KK 5.800; and Disp as 3.395; while, the amount of t-table value on a equal to 1% is 2.326. The result of F-test, then, known of Fcomputation value as 625.221 and its signication as 0.000, therefore, the model which is inserting 3 variable, Mot, KK and Disp is already correct. based on the research, it is obtained R2 as 0.942. It is shows that the usage of motivation, job satisfaction, and job discipline variable in explaining work variety as 94.2 person, while the rest is 5.8% it is determinated by other variable at out of model.
