EFFECT OF COMPETENCE, ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE BANK MANDIRI IN SUB BRANCH OFFICE KUDUS

Abstract


Success of the organization to achieve goals and objectives is largely determined by employee performance. Employee performance is the level of individual work achievement after trying or working hard or the end result of an activity. Therefore, companies should identify factors that may affect employee performance, such as competence, organizational commitment and career development.
Object of this research is Bank Mandiri, Jl. Jend. Sudirman No. 3 C, Kudus. Based on the data, the average loan realization in 2012 – 2016 which is charged to marketing employees only reached 87,72% with the tendency in the last four years to decline. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of competence, organizational commitment and career development on employee performance
Population and sample of this study are employees of Bank Mandiri, Jl. Jend. Sudirman No. 3 C, Kudus which amounts to 57 employees. The sampling technique uses total sampling or saturated samples or is also called a census sample. The data type is primary. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with previously tested by instrument test and classical assumption test
The result of analysis by using multiple regression analysis shows that: 1). Competence effects on employee performance. 2). Organizational commitment effects on employee performance. 3). Career development effects on employee performance.
