At this moment, consumer flood any product which they buy. Consumer can choose a service provider that give profit and satisfied for them. The principal task of organization is created a new consumers and defend consumers. To created consumer, organization can load the consumer needs. The consumer which satisfied, has emotional ring with the merk. And it can be result of the higer consumer loyalities.
