PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS,UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN GROWTH OPPORTUNITY TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN STRUKTUR MODAL SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PERUSAHAANMANUFAKTUR SEKTOR FARMASI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2011-2015

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of profitability, firm size and growth opportunity on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable (study on pharmaceutical sector manufacturing company listed on BEI research year 2011-2015)
Research population is pharmaceutical sector manufacturing company listed in BEI years of 2011-2015 as many as 10 companies. The sample of research was taken by purposive sampling technique result 7 companies. The independent variables used are profitability, firm size and growth opportunity. The dependent variable is firm value and intervening variable that is capital structure
The results showed that profitability does not affect the capital structure, firm size has a significant negative effect the capital structure, while growth opportunity has a positive and insignificant effect the capital structure, profitability and capital structure has a positive and insignificant effect the firm value, growth opportunity has a significant positive effect on firm value while the firm size has a negative dan insignifican effect the firm value. Capital structure is able to mediate firm size against the firm value
