Abstract


This research aims to examine and analyze the impact of whistleblowing intensity at PT Real Glass in Semarang. The population for this research includes all employees working at PT Real Glass in Semarang, totaling 100 individuals. The sample size for this study was determined using a census method, involving all 100 employees (the total population). The data analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The data analysis reveals that there is a positive and significant effect of moral intensity and organizational culture on whistleblowing, no effect of machiavellian traits on whistleblowing, a positive and significant simultaneous effect of moral intensity, organizational culture, and machiavellian traits on whistleblowing, and that organizational support weakens the effect of moral intensity, organizational culture, and machiavellian traits on whistleblowing.
