PENGARUH PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI,PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH, DANA ALOKASI UMUM,DANA ALOKASI KHUSUS, DAN DANA BAGI HASIL TERHADAP PENGALOKASIAN ANGGARAN BELANJA MODAL (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA SELURUH KABUPATEN DI PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH PERIODE 2009 – 2013 )

Abstract

Fiscal decentralization in addition to giving authority to local governments also affect the ability of the region to meet the public interest that this study aims to examine the influence of Economic Growth, PAD, General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, DBH of the capital expenditure budget allocation.

The sample used in the study were 29 districts located in Central Java Province taken using census method. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression test.

Types of secondary and primary data, secondary data in BPS Central Java Province period of 2009 - 2013. Methods using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 19.0. Hypothesis testing using t test and f.

Based on the analysis stated that the variable Economic Growth, PAD, General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, DBH showed a significant effect on capital expenditures.
