Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of independence, motivation, work experience, professionalism, leadership style, and internal control system of the effectiveness of internal control systems at financial companies in Kudus.
Samples are 81 auditor internal managerial staff of finance companies in Kudus, where in the method used is purposive sampling is a sampling method by setting specific criteria, namely the managerial staff in auditing and has worked more than one year. Method of data analysis using multiple liner regression.
The results showed that the independence of positive impact on the internal control system, motivation of positive impact on the internal control system, work experience of positive impact on the internal control system, professionalism of positive impact on the internal control system and leadershipstyle of positive impact on the internal control system.
