PENGARUH PROFITABILITY, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, HUTANG, DAN GROWTH OPPORTUNITY TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI TAHUN 2009 – 2014

Abstract

Some factors that may effect the value of the company, including profitability, company size, Debt, Growth Opportunity. Profitability is the ability of a company to make a profit in a given periode, Husnan (2008:123), profitability is the ability of a company to generate profit at the level of sales, assets, and certain share capital. Profitability important in order to survive in the long term, because the profitability indicate whether these enterprisesin this research are manufacturing companies listed in indonesia Stock, Exchange amounted to 170 companies in ICMD ( Indonesian Capital Market Directory, 2014 ). Sample research .
The analysis shows that the hypothesis 1 based on test results in this study is intended to determine whether there is positive and significant correlation between the profitability of the company’s value. In the table Regression t value obtained for the variable profitablity of 1.822 with significance 0.000 < 0.05 then the hypothesis 2 hypothesis testing correlation between the size of the company on firm value. In the table regression t value obtained for the variable size of the company for 1.866 with a significance of 0.003 <0.005 then the hypothesis we can. Third hypothesis testing results in this study is intended to determine whether there is positive and significance effect of Debt to enterprice value. In the table Regression t value obtained for the variable Debt of 8.809 with a significance of 0.20<0.05 then hypothesis we can. 4 hypothesis testing results in the study is intended to determine whether there positive and signifinacance correlation between Growth opportunityon firm value. In the table Regression t value obtained for variable growth opportunity for 1.817 with a significance of 0.002<0.05 then.
