PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, PERTUMBUHAN PERUSAHAAN, PROFITABILITAS, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN, TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi Kasus Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Aneka Industri yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2011-2015)

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of capital structure of the company’s
growth, profitability, firm size, company’s financial performance on the company’s value
at Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). This data retrieval method used is purposive
sampling. Population in this study aremanufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian
Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2011 to 2015 with sample amounted to 20
companies. This stud used multiple linear regression analysis with significant alpha 0,05.
The data in this study is obtained from the financial statements of companies listed on the
Indonesian Stock Exchange(BEI) period 2011 to 2015. The results showed the capital
structure, corporate financial performance have a significant positive effect on the value of
the company, while profitability and firm size have negative effect to firm value
