Salah satu investasi di Kabupaten Tuban adalah sektor pariwisata air. Dengan potensi keindahan pantai pasir putih serta kondisi alami lingkungan pantai menjadi salah satu aspek terbesar yang mendorong nilai pertumbuhan pariwisata. Untuk mendukung pertumbuhan sektor pariwisata, diperlukan fasilitas penunjang untuk penginapan. Hotel menjadi salah satu fasilitas beristirahat sebagai tujuan wisata. Perancangan sea side hotel ini menggunakan pendekatan arsitektur beach tourism.  Dalam pengembangan pembangunan hotel ini, perancangan berorientasi view ke laut dan diharapkan desain seperti ini dapat menjadi wadah ataupun pilihan masyarakat dalam menikmati keindahan alam laut Tuban. Dengan berbagai hal yang ditonjolkan pada perancangan sea side hotel ini kedepannya akan menjadi icon bagi kawasan pantai Tuban dimasa yang akan datang.

Abstract

One investment in Tuban Regency is the water tourism sector. With the potential of the beauty of white sand beaches and the natural condition of the beach environment is one of the biggest aspects that drives the value of tourism growth. To support the growth of the tourism sector, supporting facilities for lodging are needed. The hotel is a facility for those who need a comfortable place to rest as a tourist destination. The sea side design of this hotel uses the beach tourism architecture approach. In the development of this hotel construction, the design is oriented towards the sea and it is hoped that this design can become a forum or choice for the community in enjoying the natural beauty of the Tuban sea. With a variety of things that are highlighted in the design of this sea side hotel in the future will become an icon for the Tuban beach area in the future.
