Abstract


The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of understanding workload, motivation, commitment to compliance work instructions and employee control implications in PT.Demak Putra Mandiri. Samples taken are as many as 100 employees. While to answer the research hypothesis using the tool of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Validity, Reliability, Test of Classic Assumption. Based on the results of the study can be concluded that the workload, motivation, and commitment have a positive and significant impact on the compliance of work instructions for employees of PT. Demak Putra Mandiri is acceptable, because the F value of workload, motivation and commitment is 6,555> F value of table 2.47 and positive sign means better workload, motivation and commitment, the compliance of work instruction will increase. Compliance work instructions positively affect the effectiveness of employee control is acceptable, because the value of t work compliance compliance count of 2.112> t table 1660 and positive signified means the better compliance of work instructions run, then the effectiveness of employee control will increase.
