Abstract


This research is aimed to analyze the explanatory effect of material and non- material incentives to HR performance through job satisfaction. The study population is a human PT. Tapa Samodra Mas which is the official supplier of fuel oil from PT . Pertamina. The sampling technique used survey method by 30 respondents . The data used are primary data through questionnaires containing respondent's answers. While the analysis techniques used include test data quality, classic assumption test, and test multiple regression analysis with path analysis.
Results of testing the quality of the data by using the validity and reliability testing found that the data is valid and reliable . Based on the classic assumption test using test normalit , multicollinearity test, and test heterokedastisitas found that the data were normally distribute, worthy to be used, and there is no interruption in the regression models. From the above test is obtained that partially only two hypotheses are proven , the first non- material incentives affect job satisfaction. Secondly, the provision of material incentives affect human performance .
