Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of Transactional Leadership Style, Role Conflict, Career Development, on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and mediated by Affective Commitment. This research was conducted at the company PT. Inti Sukses Garmindo Semarang. The population in this study amounted to 1743 employees in the production section, the number of samples taken was 95 employees. Data collected by questionnaire. This study uses quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression by partial path hypothesis testing (t test). The results showed that (1) Transactional Leadership Style Variables had a positive and significant effect on the Affective Commitment variable, (2) Role Conflict Variables had a positive and significant effect on the Affective Commitment variable, (3) Career Development Variables had a positive and significant effect on the Affective Commitment variable, (4) Variable Transactional Leadership Style influences positively and significantly on Organizational Citizenship Behavior variables, (5) Role Conflict Variables have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior variables, (6) Career Development Variables have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior variables, ( 7) Affective Commitment Variables have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior variables.
