PERSONAL INFLUENCE, ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP KNOWLEDGE ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP INTEREST, WITH COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES AS INTERVENING VARIABLES (Study Case in the Karanggondang Village Community of Jepara Regency)

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of personality, entrepreneurial training and entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest with competitive advantage as an intervening variable in the Karanggondang Village community of Jepara Regency.The population of this study is the community ready to work with a total of 7,345 people. Taking 100 samples was taken using porous sampling. Data collected by questionnaire. This study uses quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression by partial path hypothesis testing (t test).
The results showed that (1) personality towards competitive advantage had a positive and significant effect, (2) entrepreneurship training on competitive advantage had a positive and significant effect, (3) entrepreneurial knowledge on competitive advantage had a positive and significant effect, (4) personality on entrepreneurial interest had an effect positive and significant, (5) entrepreneurship training on entrepreneurial interest has a positive and significant effect, (6) entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest has a positive and significant influence, (7) competitive advantage over entrepreneurial interest has a positive and significant effect. And there is a partial influence between personality, entrepreneurial training, and entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interests. Where the results of the analysis that personality, entrepreneurial training and entrepreneurial knowledge of entrepreneurial interests are not mediated by competitive advantage.
