Abstract


This study aims to determine the influence of family-work conflict, hardiness, self-efficacy, work stress with social support as a moderating variable of female teacher research subjects in demakregency, the data of this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires filled out by 3rd grade female teacher in demak district.The method of analysis in this study uses quantitative analysis and uses SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the variable X1 has a significant positive effect on Y because sig <0.05, and t counts 8.648>1.66235, variable X2 has a significant negative effect on Y because sig >0.05 and t counts-288 > 1.66235, X3 variable has significant negative effect on Y because sig> 0.05, t counts -2.936>1.66235, variable X4 has a significant effect on Y because sig <0.05 and F counts 34.3382>1.66235
