Abstract


This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Key Performance
Indicator (KPI) in supporting the strategy to improve the quality of human resources
at PT. Mandiri Sejahtera Fund and measuring the value of Key Performance
Indicators (KPI) in improving the quality of human resources and performance at
PT. Mandiri Sejahtera Fund. The data of this study are primary data obtained from
the results of questionnaires filled out by HRD Managers, Unit Manager Heads and
employees of PT. Mandiri Sejahtera Fund.
The method of analysis in this study uses qualitative analysis and the
method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with pairwise comparisons and
scoring systems. The results of this study indicate that the weight score for both
criteria is 31.25% and for a very good criteria weighting score of 43.75% and the
total achievement of the company's performance is 75% and it can be concluded
that the company's performance in the aspect of human resources is now good
because it has almost reached 100%.
