Abstract


This study was intended to ensure and analyze career path structurisation based on the competention
to increase work satisfaction and worker eficiency of CAD department (the study done in PT Dong Bang Indo
Region Semarang).
The study method that was used in this study is named the method of kualitatif diskriptif by using
interview and asking quesioner for intended person only. This q uesioner here was using guttman scale and
then processed using kendall tau method. Where for to search for relation/unrelation between competention
user in career path and without using competention.
Based on the study has shown that there is relation in between competention user to be the basic of
estimating career path with the increase of the satisfaction and the efectivity from the employee of CAD
departmentof PT Dong Bang Indo.
