Abstract


This study aims to determine the total quality management implementation, system performance
measurement and reward system and the influence of organizational commitment with human resources
performance as an intervening variable at PT. Mekar Flamboyan Sendang Mulyo Jaya The sampling technique
used was questionnaire, interview and observation. Population in this study amounted to 85 people, with the
number of samples of 85 employees with sampling census techniques. Analysis of data used validity and
reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test , multicolonirity test, heterocodasticity test, multiple
regression analysis and t test as well as F test and path analysis.Analisa test used in this research are
quantitative and qualitative analysis, in which the analysis uses SPSS version 23.0.
The results of this study prove five things, namely first, that there is a positive and significant influence
between total quality management on the performance of human resources. Second, there is a positive and
significant effect between the performance measurement system on the performance of human resources.
Third, there is a positive and significant effect between the reward system on HR performance, fourth, that
there is a positive and significant influence between organizational commitment to the performance of human
resources. There is a positive and significant influence between total quality management, performance
measurement system, reward system and organizational commitment to HR performance.
