Abstract


This study aims to examine organizational commitment, leadership style, and work
environment towards work productivity on employee work productivity Pt.
Armando Tobacco with work discipline as an intervening variable. Based on the
relationship between variables of organizational commitment, leadership style and
work environment with work productivity there are intervening variables between
the two variables, namely work discipline.
This research was conducted with the method of distributing questionnaires
or questionnaires to company employees in the company PT. Armando Tobacco.
By using a sample of 150 research respondents, then analyzed with SPSS regression
and path analysis. The results showed that organizational commitment, leadership
style, and work environment simultaneously did not affect work discipline, whereas
partially namely organizational commitment, leadership style and work
environment did not influence and were not significant to employee work
productivity.
The results of the path analysis test of work discipline variables as
intervening variables do not affect organizational commitment, leadership style,
and work environment to employee work productivity.
