PENGARUH PELATIHAN, STRES KERJA DAN FASILITAS TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENNG (Study Kasus pada PT Karya Cipta Unggul Nusantara)

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and stress on the performance
of operational employees at PT. Cipta Cipta Unggul Nusantara Where three independent
variables are submitted, one is dependent variable, and one is intervening var iable, namely
training, work stress and work facilities as independent variables and employee productivity
act as a dynamic variable and organizational commitment as an intervening variable. This
research was carried out by survey method to production empl oyees in furniture companies
and analyzed by regression. The first stage examines the validity and reliability of questions
for each variable. The second stage, regressing the variables of training, work stress, and work
facilities on employee performance productivity towards organizational commitment. The
results showed that the variables of training and facilities had a significant positive effect on
employee productivity. As well as work stress variables have a significant negative effect on
employee performance. However, work stress that is at a low to moderate level will create
good employee production and will worsen employees if in a very long time and excessive.
