Abstract


his study aims to examine work conflict, work environment, and work pressure on work performance
(job satisfaction as an intervening variable) at PT. Roberta Prima Tobacco. This analysis uses independent
variables namely work conflict, work environment and work stress. Dependent variables on work performance
and intervening variables are job satisfaction. This research sample is employees who work at PT. Robert
Prima tobacco. The sample is carried out by census method. Data collection was carried out with 125
questionnaires directly distributed. Statistical method uses SPSS multiple regression analysis and path
analysis. The results of this study indicate that work conflicts, work environment, and work stress
simultaneously affect job satisfaction, while partially namely w ork conflict and work environment that
significantly influence job satisfaction. While work performance is only significantly influenced by the work
environment. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on work performance. The results of the path analysi s
test of job satisfaction variables as intervening variables affect work conflict, work environment, and work
pressure on employee performance.
