THE EFFECT OF TRAINING AND SKILLS WORKCOMPETENCE OF EMPLOYEES AND ITS IMPACT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF WORK (CASE STUDY OF THE PRODUCTION OF EMPLOYEES AT PT.CFU SEMARANG)

Abstract


PT. CFU was experiencing problems, where the competence of employees working in the production, amounting to 78 low and low impact on the performance achieved by karyawan. Formulation of the problem in this research is how the efforts of the management of PT. CFU Semarang to improve the competence of the production employees can positively impact employee performance improvement .
Analysis using multiple linear regression method. Based on calculations it is known that the t value and employability training variables respectively 2.042 and 4.545 > t table 1.66515, then the hypothesis that the training and ability to work partially positive and significan effect on employee competence is acceptable. Calculated F value of the regression phase 1 is 18.384 > F table 3.12, then the hypothesis that the training and ability to work simultaneously positive and significan effect on employee competence is acceptable. t value unstandardized predicted value of variable competence of employees have t value 2.742 > t table 1.66515, then the hypothesis that employee competency positive and significan effect on employee performance acceptable .
