PENGARUH DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI , KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN BAGIAN PRODUKSI PADA CV. ANDORA SEMARANG

Abstract


This study aims to determine whether trasnformasional leadership, organizational climate, organizational support, influence on customer satisfaction impacting on the productivity performance of the production employees CV Andora Semarang. This research was conducted by questionnaire to 84 respondents production employees Andora Semarang CV obtained by using non-probability sampling techniques. This type of sampling is purposive sampling. Methods of data analysis in this study are: validity and reliability, the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing with t test and F test, and test analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the analysis of test results, obtained by the regression equation as follows: Y = 0.286 + 0.473 X1 X2 + 0,212X3 Variable transformational leadership has the effect of 0.286 to customer satisfaction, then the organization of climate variables have an influence on the productivity performance of 0.473, and 0.212 for the support of influential organizations on productivity performance. Pengujiam hypotheses were performed using t test showed that these variables over the leadership trasnformsional (x1), organizational climate (x2), organizational support (x3), positive and significant impact on the Productivity Performance (y1). Further testing of the F test conducted showed that the variables trasnformasional leadership, organizational climate, support worthy organizations to test the performance of productivity variable as the dependent variable, Adjusted R Square shows that trasnformasional leadership, organizational climate, organizational support, in explaining the variation in the dependent variable productivity performance amounted to 80.8% and the remaining 20% is influenced by other variables.
