Abstract


This study aims to determine the application of training, communication and work
environment to performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population
in this study were all employees of PT Ungaran Sari Garment III Pringapus Unit. The
samples taken in this study were 92 employees of PT Ungaran Sari Garment III Pringapus
Unit. So the questionnaires that have been distributed as many as 92 questionnaires. This
study uses the purposive sampling method, namely the selection of samples based on a
certain assessment from the researcher. SPSS output shows the value of the indirect effect of
the training variable on performance through job satisfaction (0.099) > direct effect (0.038),
then job satisfaction mediates the effect of training on performance Indirect influence of
communication variable on performance through job satisfaction (0.167) > direct effect
(0.005 ). So job satisfaction mediates the effect of communication on performance. Indirect
effect of work environment variables on performance through job satisfaction (0.075) > direct
effect (0.035). So job satisfaction mediates the effect of the work environment on performance.
Indirect effect of training, communication and work environment variables on performance
through job satisfaction (0.016)> direct effect (0.011). So job satisfaction mediates the effect
of training, communication and work environment simultaneously on performance.
