PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PT KARYA SATRIA SEMARANG

Abstract



This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and compensation on employees' intention to resign (turnover intention), with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study was conducted at PT Karya Satria Semarang using a quantitative method.The study population was 65 employees in the company. Data collection was carried out by distributing closed questionnaires to employees of PT Karya Satria Semarang using the convenience sampling technique. The primary data processed came from 65 employee respondents. Data analysis used multiple regression techniques. The results of the study show that organizational culture has no influence and is not positive on employee job satisfaction, while compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction. On the other hand, organizational culture and compensation have a positive effect on employee turnover intention. Job satisfaction also has a positive effect on employee turnover intention. Furthermore, job satisfaction can positively mediate the relationship between organizational culture and compensation on employee turnover intention
