PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, DISIPLINKERJA, DAN FASILITAS KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus PT Selalu Cinta Indonesia Bagian Sewing Line 1)

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work discipline, and work facilities on employee work productivity (Case Study of PT.Selalu Cinta Indonesia Section Sewing line 1). The population used in this study were 150 employees at PT Always Cinta Indonesia in the sewing line section 1. The sample used in this study were 60 employees at PT Always Cinta Indonesia. The SPSS output shows that the leadership style variable partially
has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. This is evidenced by the value of the regression coefficient value of 0.474 (positive) with a significance value of 0.017 <0.05, then H1 is accepted. The work discipline variable partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. This is evidenced by the value of the regression coefficient is 0.307
(positive) with a significance value of 0.010 <0.05, then H2 is accepted. The work facility variable partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. This is evidenced by the value of the regression coefficient is 0.385 (positive) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, then H3 is accepted. The variables of leadership style, work discipline and work
facilities simultaneously affect work productivity. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 15.802 > F table of 3.16 and a significance value (Sig.) 0.000 <0.05 and is positive, then H4 is accepted.
