Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, financial
compensation, and leadership on the performance of employees of the Jatingaleh
Semarang Trade Service Implementation Unit both directly and indirectly through job
satisfaction as an intervening variable.The population used was employees of the State
Civil Apparatus (ASN) and non-State Civil Apparatus (Non ASN) who served as
coordinators of the Trade Service at the Jatingaleh Market in Semarangiwithiaitotal of
52 employees. The samplingitechnique used the census method, so the total sample used
was 52 respondents. Thei data isource used was iprimary data, iwith a iiquestionnaire
data collection method. Theidataianalysisiitechnique iused is path analysis. The
research results showithatiorganizationali culture has a significant positive effect on
job satisfaction. Financial compensation has ia significant positive effect on job
satisfaction. Leadershipihasia significant ipositive ieffect ion job isatisfaction.
