PENGARUH KONFLIK KERJA DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION YANG DIMODERASI LINGKUNGAN KERJA DI PT. MEDIKALOKA PANDANARAN (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Medikaloka Pandanaran)

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of work conflict and workload on turnover intention, by considering the role of the work environment as a moderating factor at PT. Medikaloka Pandanaran. The method used in this study is quantitative with a survey approach, involving 85 respondents who were randomly selected and analyzed using multiple linear regression tests and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).
The results of the study indicate that work conflict has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention with a Beta value of 0.560 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Workload has a moderate effect on turnover intention with a Beta value of 0.376 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The simultaneous parameter significance test shows that there is a positive and significant effect of work conflict, workload, and work environment simultaneously on turnover intention with a calculated F value of 708.820 with a calculated F significance of 0.000 <0.05. The work environment strengthens the influence of work conflict on employee turnover intention with a moderate t-value of 1 of 3.293 with a positive direction and a Beta value of 0.701 with a significance level of 0.001 <0.05. The work environment strengthens the influence of workload on employee turnover intention with a moderate t-value of 2 of 2.102 with a positive direction and a Beta value of 0.536 with a significance level of 0.039 <0.05.
