THE INFLUENCE OF WORK LIFE BALANCE, BURN OUT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE WITH JOB SATISFACTION AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE (PT. PRUDENTIAL LIFE ASSURANCE JAKARTA BARAT)
Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work life balance and burnout on employee performance through employee job satisfaction at PT. Prudential Life Assurance West Jakarta Branch Office. The research method used is a survey method, data obtained directly through questionnaires to 75 respondents taken from
employees at PT. Prudential Life Assurance West Jakarta Branch Office. Saturated sampling used a census and the analysis method used in this research was path analysis.
The results of the research show that work life balance and burnout partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work life balance and burnout partially have an effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction does not
mediate the effect of work life balance on employee performance and job satisfaction mediates the effect of burnout on employee performance.
Policies that should be implemented by management at PT. Prudential Life Assurance West Jakarta Branch Office, namely increasing the development of work-life balance and minimizing the occurrence of burnout in the work environment.
