Abstract


This research aims to test and analyze the service development strategy and development of SMART Tour Semarang tourism services. The population in this research is all Smart Tour Semarang consumers in the last 3 years, namely 2021-2023, a total of 484 people who have used its services. The 83 consumers obtained were based on purposive sampling. Research using SPSS. The research results show that the tourism service development variable partially has a positive and significant effect on strategy analysis. The service development variable partially has a positive and significant effect on strategy analysis. The tourism service development variable and service development simultaneously have an effect on strategy analysis. This is proven by the calculated F value of 14.692 > F table 3.96 and a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 < 0.05, so H3 is accepted..
