Abstract
This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Environment, Skills, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable of Employees at Anterah Supermarket Store in Semarang City. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study was 65 employees using the census method. This research was conducted at the Anterah Supermarket Store. This study uses path analysis and uses data
sourced from respondents at Anterah Store Semarang. The SPSS output shows that the work environment variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
The skill variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The work discipline variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The work environment, skills, and work discipline variables simultaneously affect
employee job satisfaction. The work environment variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The skill variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work discipline variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The employee job satisfaction variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment, skills, and discipline variables simultaneously affect employee performance. Job satisfaction variables do not mediate the influence of work environment on employee performance. Job satisfaction variables do not mediate the influence of skills on employee performance. Job satisfaction variables do not mediate the influence of work discipline on employee performance.
