THE EFFECT OF COMPENSATION, CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT ORGANIZATION TOWARD EMPLOYEES COMMITMENT IN PT MEKAR KINANTI SEMARANG

Abstract


PT .Mekar Kinanti Semarang experiencing problems, where the employee commitment to the company is still low, it is suspected that the low background compensation , career development and support of the organization. Formulation of the problem in this research is how to attempt the management of PT . Mekar Kinanti Semarang to increase employee commitment to the company where their worked .

       Methods of data analysis used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing, either partially or simultaneously. Results of hypothesis testing indicate t value variable compensation, career development and support organizations respectively 5.758, 4.337 and 3.606 > t table 1.98447, the research hypothesis which states that the compensation, career development and organizational support partially positive and significant effect on commitment employees can be accepted. The amount of 45.277 F count > F table 2.70, then the hypothesis that compensation, career development and organizational support simultaneous positive and significant impact on employee commitment can be accepted .
