PENGARUH PROGRAM KESEJAHTERAAN, KEPEMIMPINAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN (Study kasus pada Bandeng Juwana Elrina Semarang)

Abstract


This study aims to describe and analiyze the effect of welfare programs, leadership and work environment on employee performance (case study on Bandeng Juwana Elrina Semarang). The population in the study were all employees who work on the production of Bandeng Juwana Elrina Semarang 250 people, with a sample of 72 respondents. This research was conducted by using the method of collecting data through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linier regression analysis tools. Prior to the regression test, first tested the validity and reliability which served to determine the feasibility of the instrument, also perfomed classical assumption that the test conditions used to determine whether there is a deviation of the data.

The result showed that the welfare program has positive influence on employee performance, as evidenced by the t value 4.160 > t table 1.667. Leadhership on employee perfomance also a positive effect, with a t value 2.584> t table 1.667, the working environment on the performance showed a positive effect, with t value 3.616 > 1.667.
