ANALYSIS THE EFFECT OF IMPLEMENTATION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT TOWARDS OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE IN BUSINESS USAHA TAHU MANDIRI ECO ECO LESTARI SEMARANG CITY

Abstract

         This   research   was   conducted  on  employees  Usaha  Tahu  Eco  Mandiri Lestari is engaged in the  manufacturing industry of tofu  and  tempe, precisely  on Jalan Tandang Raya No. 2 Kelurahan  Mrican  Kecamatan  Tembalang Semarang city. To analyze how  implentasi quality management in Usaha Tahu Mandiri  Eco Lestari in Semarang city. The goal  of this research is to  analyze  the  influence  of startegic factor, factor tactical and operational factors of operating performance.
        As for the number of samples in this study were 60 respondents. Data analysis techniques  using  multiple  linear regression and  hypothesis  analysis. The results showed  that : a)  strategic  factors  have  a   positive  and   significant   impact  on  operational   performance,  because  the  t value  is 5,150 > the t  table 1,661  with  significancy  0,000 < 0,005. b)  tactical  factors  have  a   positive  and  significant  impact  on  operational  performance, because  the  t value  is  2.491 > the  t  table 1,661 with  significancy  0.016 < 0.05. c) operational  factors have a  positive  and  significant  impact on  operational  performance,  because the t value is 3,050 > the t table with significancy 0,010  <0.05.
