EFFECT OF COMPETENCE OF WORK , HUMAN RELATIONS ETHOS AND WORK ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES PT . MEDITAMA BHAKTI JAYA SEMARANG

Abstract


PT. Meditama Bhakti Jaya Semarang is a company engaged in the distribution of pharmaceuticals, medical devices agent, laboratory equipment, chemicals and is located at Jalan Taman Borobudur Utara No.6 Semarang. The company is experiencing problems, which the employee performance totaling 68 low. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the effort management of PT . Meditama Bhakti Jaya Semarang to improve employee performance .        Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression method. Based on calculations found that the variable job competence and work ethic have ρ -value of 0.005 and 0.000 < α = 0.025, the research hypothesis which states that the job competence and work ethic partially positive and significant impact on employee performance is acceptable, while human relations variable has  ρ -value 0.130 > α = 0.025, so the hypothesis which states that human relations and a significant positive effect on employee performance is unacceptable. Variable job competence, human relations and work ethic simultaneously has ρ-value of 0.000 < α = 0.05, so the hypothesis that job competence, human relations and work ethic simultaneously positive and significant impact on employee performance is acceptable. Job competence, human relations and work ethic simultaneously able to explain the variance dependent variable  namely the employees' performance of 0.664 or 66.4 percent.        Keywords : job  competence,  human  relations, work ethics  and job  performance  of employees
