ANALYSIS EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP , DISCIPLINE OF WORK AND WORK ENVIRONMENT OF ACHIEVEMENT OF EMPLOYEES NASMOCO GOMBEL SEMARANG

Abstract


Along with the increasingly intense competition due to rapid technological change and the environment are so drastic in every aspect of human life that every company needs employees who have competence in order to provide excellent service and value at an ever increasing work performance. The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the influence of leadership , discipline and work environment on work performance. The population in this study were all employees Nasmoco Gombel many as 50 non- leaders , the sample in this study was a census, in which members of the sample are members of the population. The type of data used is primary data , by using the method of data collection questionnaires. The analysis tool used is multiple regression .The results using multiple regression analysis were: Leadership has a positive and significant impact on work performance . Work discipline has a positive and significant impact on work performance. Work environment has a positive and significant effect on work performance. Leadership, work discipline, and work environment has a positive and significant impact on work performance . Adjusted R Square value of 0.736 which indicates that the leadership , work discipline , work environment can explain the performance of 73.60 % , while the rest is influenced by other variables that are not observed in this study, such as compensation , commitments, and others . Keywords          :   Leadership ,   Discipline   Work , Work   Environment   and   Job                                   Performance
