EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP STYLE , INTERNAL COMMUNICATION AND CULTURAL ORGANIZATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE PUNCAK JAYA

Abstract


Performance is the attainment of organizational goals that can be output in the form of quantitative or qualitative, creativity, flexibility, reliable or other things desired by the organization. Factors affecting employee performance including the influence of leadership style, internal communication and organizational culture. This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership style, internal communication and organizational culture on employee performance Puncak Jaya District Department of Transportation.The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Transportation Office of Puncak Jaya, amounting to 36 people pegawai.dengan sample number 32 employees with total sampling technique. Analysis of the data used are validity and relaibilitas, asumsiklasik test, multiple regression analysis and t-test and F testThe results showed no positive effect of leadership style variables on the performance of staff of Department of Transportation Puncak Jaya, with a regression coefficient of 0.115 and t value (2.417)> t table (1.692). There are positive effects of internal communication variables on the performance of staff of Department of Transportation Puncak Jaya with a regression coefficient of 0.965 and t value (13.723)> t table (1.692). There is a positive effect of the variable of organizational culture on employee performance Puncak Jaya District Department of Transportation, with a regression coefficient of 0.179 and t value (3.006)> t table (1.692). There is a positive effect of variables of leadership style, internal communication and organizational cultures together to employee performance Puncak Jaya District Department of Transportation, the calculated F value (65.407)> F table (2.901) and sign (0,000) <sign α (0, 05).We recommend that the Department of Transportation Puncak Jaya improve leadership style by giving instruction command to control a continuous effort that does not inhibit creativity of employees. Keywords: leadership   style, internal  communication, organizational   culture,                   Performance
