EFFECT OF LOCATION , PROMOTION , AND EMPLOYEES ON THE DECISION OF PARENTS STUDENTS APPLYING FOR KIDS FUN IN TK YBMI HOUSE SEMARANG

Abstract

Kindergarten education is often called kindergarten is one form of early childhood education early childhood education has an important role to develop the child's personality and prepare them to enter further education . The purpose of this research was to determine the significant influence of the location , promotion , and employees together against the decision of parents to use services in kindergarten YBMI KIDS FUN HOUSE Semarang .        The population in this study are all parents of students in kindergarten YBMI KIDS FUN HOUSE Semarang . While the sample in this study were 43 parents by using sampling techniques census sampling techniques for population sampled . The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression were first tested the validity and reliability .The results of this study indicate that the location , promotion and employee partially and simultaneously influence the decision of parents to use services in kindergarten YBMI KIDS FUN HOUSE Semarang , where t value of each variable is 4.289 ; 3.779 and 4.886 > 2.023 t table value and calculated F value of 33.532 > F table 2.85 .
