PENGARUH CITRA PERUSAHAAN, KEPERCAYAAN, SISTEM BAGI HASIL DAN PROSEDUR PEMBIAYAAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN NASABAH DI BMT AL- HIKMAH UNGARAN CABANG BABADAN

Abstract


This research aims to determine how much influence of corporate image, confidence, profit sharing system and financing procedure to customer satisfaction BMT Al- Hikmah Ungaran branch Babadan. The independent variable is the corporate image, confidence, profit sharing system and financing procedure, customer satisfaction variables are bound.

The population in this research was a customer BMT Al- Hikmah Ungaran branch Babadan. In this research the number of used samples is determined by the Slovin formula with a total sample of 98 customer and error tolerance of 10% retreived using accidental sampling method.

From  the  result  of  data  processing  in  mind  that  this  research  qualify  the validity and reliability. From the regression equation in mind that : Y = 0,163 + 0,219 X1 + 0,421 X2 + 0,188 X3+ 0,180 X4. Partial hypothesis test the image of the company’s (X1), confidence (X2), profit sharing system (X3) and financing procedure (X4) influence customer satisfaction (Y), with t value  > t table (2,601; 7,074; 2,728; 2,709) > 1,661  with sigt < α (0,011; 0,000; 0,008; 0,008) < 0,05.

From the F test result obtained F value > F table (140,719 > 2,47) with F sig < α (0,000 < 0,05) which means that variables corporate image, confidence, profit sharing system and financing procedure simultaeously influence on customer satisfaction.

Subsequent  to  the  observations  and  perform  data  analysis and hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that the results  of statistical regression analysis is submitted there is significant relationship between corporate image, confidence, profit sharing system and financing procedure on customer satisfaction.
