ANALYSIS UNDERSTANDING ENTREPRENEURSHIP, KNOWLEDGE OF MARKETING, WORK EXPERIENCE, AND IMPACT ON SMALL BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT IN VILLAGE BEJI

Abstract


Empowerment of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is one of the chosen alternative government in an effort to reduce unemployment, reduce poverty and income distribution .Pembangunan and growth of SMEs is the number one driving force for development and economic growth of a country. The development of SMEs is good, it will bring progress for the economy of a country. (Depkop) Department koprasi the YEAR 1930: Dutch East Indies government formed jawatankoprasi whose existence under the interior ministry, and was given the task to register with the ratification koprasi, this task was previously carried out by a notary.

To empower SMEs necessary role of government, institutions - financial institutions and government actors usaha.Peranan here is deciding policies - policies that provide a conducive climate for the business sector, while the financial institutions here obviously as financial intermediaries to optimize pemerdayaan SMEs and entrepreneurs themselves have a fundamental role for the development of SMEs as businesses have strong potential in the growth of SMEs.

According to Tulus T. H. Tambunan (2009: 75), there are some obstacles and difficulties encountered in the development of SMEs, namely: "The limited capital, limited Human Resources (HR), the limitations of technology, raw material shortages and the difficulty of marketing". To overcome the limitations of capital, often MSME entrepreneurs borrow from financial institutions with high interest.

To answer the above problems of Social Service to create a program where pemerdayaan useful to society and to shape society in the group of joint venture (KUBE). With the holding of the Joint Business Group (KUBE) is intended to provide convenience to the public in the form of a business and without questioning their capital where KUBE is working with financial institutions to support finasialnya.Penelitian conducted by Joyakin Tampubolon et al. in the journal entitled "Community Empowerment through Implementation Group (Case Empowerment of the Poor Approach Business Group (KUBE)" by respondents were sampled as many as 200 people were taken from the two chairmen and two members of KUBE to Semarang eastern, Central and Ungaran East ,
