Abstract


This study aims to discuss about "Analysis of The Influence Between Motivation, ability and accuracy of Task In Improving Performance Civil Servants in Environmental Personnel Board Java Province" with problems that have been identified as follows that in order to carry out basic tasks in the field of employment, it is necessary personnel resources that have the capability and high labor productivity, the need for motivation so that employees have a high morale, the existence of facilities and infrastructures that support the implementation of the tasks and duties of employees, enforcement of regulations for improving employee discipline, and supervision as control employees in carrying out the work.

From the results of questionnaires showed that the performance of the Regional Employment Board Central Java Province can be viewed from the aspect of employee skill levels, motivation and staffing patterns. While the efforts made by the Regional Employment Agency of Central Java province in improving the performance of employees is to increase the ability of employees, increase motivation and improve management functions.

Finally the authors to conclude that the Agency's efforts Regional Employment Boardof Central Java Province in improving the performance of employees already performing well, but still needs to be improved in the future so that the principal task of the Regional Personnel Agency of Central Java Province can be achieved in accordance with the vision and mission of the organization that has been formulated.
