INFLUENCE OF INDEPENDENCE, COMPETENCE, ECONOMIC NEEDS, THE SELECTION OF WORK THAT IMPACT ON THE SUSTAINABILITY OF CAREER DEVELOPMENT

Abstract


Sijaran village Kalirejo is located at an altitude of 600-800 meters above sea level almost throughout this citizens are workers. Because the village is located far from urban Sijaran so that citizens community difficult and limited to determining what kind of work they would choose, because of limited space and knowledge. So that researchers conducting research that includes independence, competence, and economic needs of the allegedly less optimal selection of work that impact on the sustainability of career development community. Data analysis using multiple linear regression and Two Stage Least Square Goodness of Fit test against 67 respondents using SPSS version 20 with the results of an independent variable with a regression coefficient of 0613 provides the most influence on the selection of work citizens. Goodness of Fit Tests showed first and third hypothesis can be accepted and the second hypothesis is rejected where the independence and economy needs has a test value t 5.408, and 2.642 is greater than t table 1.66864, while the competency to have a value hypothesis test t -0.325 smaller than t table 1.66864. The fourth hypothesis of independence, competence and economic needs simultaneously positive influence on the election pekerjaa which has 15.159 F count> F table 2.75. The fifth hypothesis in which the selection of work has positive influence on career development has a 3,568 t> t table 1.66864. Adjusted R2 value of phase 1 and 2 respectively 0.392 and 0.151.
