PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI, PENGEMBANGAN KARIR DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIFITAS KARYAWAN PT. AST INDONESIA

Abstract


Globalization resulted in any changes to the specific demands on the workforce as the mastery of new technologies, more stringent time, changing demands on the work and changes in work rules and others - others can lead to a situation that suppress workers concerned. Humans are always active and dominant role dalams every activity of public organizations and businesses, as humans become planners, perpetrators and determines the realization of objectives of public organizations and businesses .
Formulation of the problem is the effect the relationship of organizational climate on employee productivity PT. AST Indonesia, is the effect the relationship of career development on employee productivity PT. AST Indonesia, Is the relationship influence job satisfaction on employee productivity PT. AST Indonesia.
The results of the study results showed that the results of multiple linear regression analysis (SPSS output Version 20.0) shows Organizational climate variables t count equal to 2.933 with significance values for X1 regression coefficient of 0.004 or less than alpha of 0.05 (5%). Then the null hypothesis (H0) in this study refused and accept alternative hypothesis (Ha). So it can be concluded that the organizational climate and significant positive effect on labor productivity, meaning Climate Variables organization will be significant positive effect on labor productivity, career development variables tcount of 4,813 with significant value for X2 regression coefficient of 0.000 or less than 0.05 alpha (5 %). Then the null hypothesis (H0) in this study refused and accept alternative hypothesis (Ha). So it can be concluded that variable Career development and significant positive effect on work productivity, meaning that career development will affect labor productivity. Job Satisfaction variable t count equal to 2.168 with a significance value for X3 regression coefficient of 0.024 or greater than alpha of 0.05 (5%). Then the null hypothesis (H0) in this study received and reject the alternative hypothesis (Ha). So it can be concluded that job satisfaction has no effect and negatively affect work productivity, job satisfaction means does not affect labor productivity.
